here. If you do buy one of our tote bags, you might find some weird and random stuff inside. Band-aids, stickers, dental floss, candy, basically just whatever I happen to find around my apartment.

I finally got around to printing some thank you cards for graduation, and for some teachers, portfolio reviewers, and various other wonderful people. Maybe I should also thank them for giving me an excuse to get back in the letterpress studio. Hopefully soon I will make more time to go into the studio and do some new projects too!

I spent May 1st through 3rd in Dallas, Texas for the DSVC (Dallas Society of Visual Communication) National Student Show and Conference (#nssc10) with a group of my design classmates. There were so many incredibly inspiring talks, free stuff, plus a job fair/portfolio review. We also managed to have some of our own adventures outside of the conference. The whole weekend was a really wonderful experience, and a great excuse to eat at In-N-Out Burger. And Park Tavern. And the Rusty Taco. And that Neapolitan pizza place in Deep Ellum. And Whataburger.
|While wandering around downtown Dallas we came across this shop that had the same name of our recent show|

I did not take this photo, nor did I bite this cookie.

So awhile back I did this letterpress workshop thing where I tricked a few of my classmates into coming into the letterpress studio and making stuff with me. I didn’t think to take pictures until it was over, but here you can see the few prints which remained in the drying racks, plus the poster thing I designed to advertise the workshop.
